Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, I charge a 100% fee. For PMU services, I require a 72 hour notice, failure to do so will result in a 50% service fee. Any No-shows for any service will result in 100% charge. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and be charged in accordance to the no show policy. Service downgraded within 24 hrs of appt time are considered a late cancellation and will be charged accordingly.
Appointment Reschedule Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment.
To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following reschedule policy:
Rescheduling Window: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling/cancellation requests within this window can be made clicking the link on the confirmation text or email you received at the time of booking.
Late Reschedule: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late reschedule.
Late Reschedule Fee: For late reschedule requests, the card on file will be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the appointment. However, please note that this amount will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment.
Procedure for Late Reschedule: In the event of a late reschedule, you will receive a notification confirming the charge and the credited amount. You will then have the option to reschedule your appointment at a later date using the credited amount.
