CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & RESCHEDULING POLICY BOOKING FEES All appointment booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Permanent Makeup (PMU) appointments require a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee. Bridal and wedding services are subject to the booking, retainer, cancellation, and payment terms outlined in the applicable Bridal Makeup Agreement. STANDARD APPOINTMENTS Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the service. If the appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly. Service downgrades or reductions made within 24 hours are considered a late cancellation of the original service and may be charged based on the originally scheduled appointment. PERMANENT MAKEUP (PMU) PMU appointments require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $100 booking fee and a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. PMU cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and PMU no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. RESCHEDULING Standard appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment using the link provided in the confirmation email or text. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late reschedule and will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment total. As a courtesy, the amount paid for a late reschedule may be issued as a credit toward one future appointment at The Beauty Coven. Any credit issued is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the timeframe specified by The Beauty Coven.
