Cancellation, No-Show & Reschedule Policy Deposits & Booking Fees All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Permanent Makeup (PMU) services require a $100 booking fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows for any service will be charged 100% of the service total. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and will be charged according to the no-show policy. • Service downgrades made within 24 hours of the appointment are considered a late cancellation and will be charged accordingly. Permanent Makeup (PMU) Policy • PMU appointments require 72 hours (3 business days) notice to cancel or reschedule. • Failure to provide proper notice will result in a 50% service charge, in addition to forfeiting the $100 booking fee. • PMU cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% service charge. Reschedule Policy • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email or text. • Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late reschedule and will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. • Late reschedule charges will be issued as a credit toward one future appointment. Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the timeframe set by The Beauty Coven. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
